InfiniteFocus The InfiniteFocus is a fully digital optical measuring instrument with 3D measurement capabilities. Compared with conventional microscopes images can be captured with maximal depth resolution of 0.1µm.   By applying the latest camera technology, the Alicona technology also allows images to be obtained with optimum illumination over the whole field of view.     Thus InfiniteFocus is an optical surface measurement device that enables the user to perform his measurements directly on optimally illuminated light microscope images. The modularly designed imaging and analysis software enables profile-, area- and even volumetric analysis to be carried out. Previously unavailable images and analyses of your sample surfaces are obtained easily and accurately. In most cases additional topographic measurement devices are not necessary.
