Furthermore your expert for CamScan SEM   End of April 2008 EO Elektronen - Optik - Service GmbH stoped being the exclusive distributer for CamScan SEM in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Benelux. This agreement has no influence on servicing and maintaining your old CamScan SEM. Second hand CamScan SEM will still be sold, serviced and maintained by EOS.   Early November 2011 Obducat CamScan announced to be entered into administration (see CamScan website). This has no influence on servicing and maintaining the old CamScan SEMs of our customers (as long as we have spare parts in our well equipped magazine).   We also offer upgrade kits for old CamScan SEM, turning them into EO-Scan SEM by fitting them with the unique TESCAN 4-lense electron optical system.
