Scanning Electron Microcopy can
be that easy!

The EasyProbe is a favorable combination of a Tescan VEGA SB SEM and a selected and fully integrated energy dispersive X-ray microanalyser, specially designed for everyday use.

Easy Usage
A high priority when designing the system was easy usage. The original One-Touch EDX microanalysis toolbox is fully integrated into the EasySEM™ controlling and imaging software.
This brings quantitative elemental composition resultsdirectly into the live SEM image only by one touch. A high level system automation and self-diagnostics, running in the back ground, assure high quality results, even for inexperienced users.
